Vecrox LLC operates under a simple, transparent refund policy built around our Call Floor Guarantee. We believe you should only pay for results.
1. The Call Floor Guarantee Refund
If Vecrox fails to deliver the guaranteed number of tracked inbound calls from Google by day 90 of your service — as measured by your Google Business Profile tracking number — you are entitled to a full refund of every dollar paid during the guarantee period.
For purposes of this policy, a tracked inbound call means a unique caller with a minimum call duration of 30 seconds, sourced from the Google Business Profile tracking number.
This refund is:
- Full — 100% of all fees paid, with no deductions or partial payments
- Data-verified — CallRail data determines eligibility, and processing takes up to 10 business days after confirmation
- No-questions-asked — you do not need to justify or explain the refund request
- Processed within 10 business days of the refund being confirmed
In addition to the full refund, you permanently keep all deliverables built during the service period, including your optimized Google Business Profile, corrected directory listings, review automation setup, and Google post library.
2. Guarantee Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the guarantee refund, the following conditions must have been met during the 90-day window:
- The CallRail tracking number was installed and active from day 1
- No unauthorized changes were made to the Google Business Profile
- The automated review request system was active and in use
- All onboarding credentials were provided within 7 days of the start date
- The market was not franchise-saturated at the time of signing. A market is considered franchise-saturated if 3 or more franchise chains occupy the top 3 Google Map Pack positions for the client's primary keyword within a 5-mile radius of their service area at the time of signing.
3. Standard Monthly Cancellations
Outside of the guarantee period, our month-to-month service means:
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable
- No cancellation fees or penalties apply
- All deliverables remain yours after cancellation
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a guarantee refund, email us at sanad@vecrox.com with the subject line "Guarantee Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name and business name
- Your onboarding date
- A brief description of the outcome
We will review your CallRail data, confirm eligibility, and process your refund within 10 business days after confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable (for example, an expired card or closed account), the refund will be issued by check or wire transfer.
5. Disputes
If you believe a refund has been wrongly denied, you may escalate by emailing sanad@vecrox.com with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
