- Cal.com — for scheduling discovery calls
- CallRail — for tracking inbound calls on your behalf
- Call recordings collected via CallRail are made on behalf of the client and remain the client's responsibility to manage in compliance with applicable call recording consent laws in their jurisdiction. Vecrox does not use these recordings for any purpose beyond delivering agreed services.
- Close.com — as our internal CRM
- Google Workspace — for email and document storage
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information necessary for these tools to function on your behalf.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After termination of services, we retain records for up to 3 years to comply with legal and contractual obligations, then securely delete them.

- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
